Nancy is certified through AAAI with 10+ years of teaching experience. Nancy will bring contemporary routines, heart racing intervals and avant-garde classes that are both fun and challenging. Her routines are a combination of weights, cardio, strength and resistance training all set to fun and stimulating music. Core work is dispersed throughout every workout.
