We offer personalized training, private or small group. Individually suited for each client Our instructors uses a variety of fitness methods according to each clients needs and goals. All personalized session begins with an assessment and interview to customize the most effective and productive program possible.

Vinyasa Yoga

Vinyasa Yoga is a steady dynamic flow of connected yoga asanas (postures) linked with breathwork in a continuous movement. Like all types of yoga, Vinyasa has both mental and physical benefits. Physically, sweat expels toxins and re-energize your body. Mentally the synchronized breathing relaxes your mind and helps to release any blockage of energy flow throughout your body.

Power Yoga

Power Yoga builds strength and focus while unwinding tight joints and muscles.

Candlelight

Enjoy the candlelit studio with flow yoga to end your day!

Pilates

Performed on the mat, Mat Pilates is a form of exercise developed by Joseph Pilates, which emphasizes the balanced development of the body through core strength, flexibility, and awareness in order to support efficient graceful movement. This method works so well for a wide range of people. Athletes, seniors, people at various stages of physical rehabilitation, and so on. We throw a little yoga in sometimes too 🙂

Barre

This class will lengthen and strengthen! Barre combines Pilates, Yoga and Ballet moves to give you beautiful sculpted, lean muscles without the impact. Set to upbeat music our 60 min class will include upper body exercises with light free weights, push ups and planks, legs at the barre and mat and core.

Calisthenics, Strength and Core

Calisthenics are performed without the use of weights, and they include exercises such as push ups, sit ups, lunges, etc. In these exercises, your body weights acts as the resistance force. The instructor will challenge you with these, some weighted and core exercises. Resistance exercise can befit your body in many ways. It can bring about an increase in the levels of high density lipoprotein or good cholesterol, and this will contribute to better cardiovascular heath. Since muscles can burn calories, an increase in muscle mass will reduce body fat and enhance your metabolic rate. As such, resistance exercise is an effective way to lose and maintain weight.

Guided Meditation

Guided Meditation has been proven to not only reduce stress but to also lower blood pressure, heal the spirit and improve work performance.

Kettlebells

Using kettlebells this class will bring your heart rate up and offer resistance from the core to all other muscle groups.

High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT)

High intensity training for 30 minutes, consisting of multi joint exercises, core exercises and plyometric. Modifications are given for every level. Followed by 15 minutes of abdominal work, ending with 15 minutes of stretching.

Barre-Core

Challenge your entire body with a fusion of barre-inspired moves using light weights to create a long, lean body and Pilates to create a powerful core.

Women’s Self Defense Class

Establish the right attitude , self reliant body language, verbal self-defense skills, and physical alertness to maintain your personal safety and use practical self-protection strategies in the fun and energetic surroundings of our beautiful studio. Learn how to spot danger signs and how to defend yourself while at the same time feeling safe, confident and empowered.

Bells-n-Bands

Bells-n-Bands with Sandi Palonis: this class utilizes kettlebells and resistance bands to strengthen, tone and tighten. The kettlebells are used to define the quads, glutes, hamstrings and calves while elevating your heart rate at the same time. Upper body movements are performed using the resistance bands to sculpt your arms, chest and back. Join us today for a great aerobic workout!!

Pound

Using Ripstix, lightly weighted drumsticks engineered specifically for exercising, POUND transforms drumming into an incredibly effective way of working out. Instead of listening to music, you become the music in this exhilarating full-body workout that combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga and pilates-inspired movements. Cardiobox

The double duty Cardiobox provides is the reason to try this class. In addition to boosting strength and respiratory fitness, this workout also builds stamina, improves balance, coordination, and agility. The combo of precision punches and kicks along with plyometrics really challenges the entire body, and every move engages the powerhouse, using your abdominals to throw power into each punch and kick. This workout is accessible to every fitness level, and is the perfect complement to weight training.
